For over one year I have been with struggling with using the drawing app Adobe Fresco. There are a few reasons, but my main annoyance is that for some reason the app grabs the default language settings of my iPad, instead of the settings I have for my Creative Cloud.
During the weekend of Lightbox Expo Online 2020 there was a presentation of Kyle T. Webster and he showed what you can do with the brushes setting in Photoshop and Fresco. It made me curious again about Fresco and that I should start that app again soon.
But I really don’t want to use the app in Dutch. I opened the app and tried to change the settings. There was nothing! I went to google to see if there was a tutorial or how-to: nothing again. I saw that there are a lot of people who have the same problem and they couldn’t find a solution. And then it hit me: what if I go the settings of the app, but via the iPad settings. And finally after one year I could change the language in 1 second.
Here are the steps if you only have one language installed on your iPad. If you have the desired language already installed next to the default setting you can skip steps 2 and 3. For the purpose of this how-to I have changed the language of my iPad to English
